AI Studio Headshot never uses your photos other than the purpose of providing you with an ML filter output. We don't process or store any facial, physical or distinctive features of user inputs. Photos are temporarily stored on device or on the third-party API provider, filters are applied and photos are deleted forever on the device or 3rd party provider when the output is delivered to the end user. As regards to Magic Avatar feature, we temporarily store user data just for online processing function and submitted photos shall be automatically deleted forever after the AI results are generated. AI Studio Headshot has the right to store the AI generated avatars for advertising, marketing, analytical and other business purposes.
AI Studio Headshot will collect End User Data necessary to provide the AI Studio Headshot services to our customers.
End users may voluntarily provide us with information they have made available on social media websites.
